How to Register:

Please note that registration closed on February 21, 2018 at 5:00pm.

We welcome your company to participate in our Spring Career & Internship Fair. Registering does require special access, so please follow the steps below for success:

  1. Please verify that your company has a completed profile in CougarJobLink. If they do not, kindly create a profile for your company and then email to request permission to register for the Career Fair.
  2. If you have previously registered your company for a Career Fair at the College, you should already have appropriate access. In this case, simply log into CougarJobLinkclick on "Career Events," and search for Career Fairs. 
  3. Questions? Please email and include "Career Fair Registration" in the subject of your email. 

Early Bird Registration: Until: February 7, 2018

  • Standard Registration: $350.00 up to 4 recruiters maximum
  • Non-Profit/Government: $100.00 up to 4 recruiters maximum

After February 7, 2018:

  • Standard Registration: $400.00 up to 4 recruiters maximum
  • Non-profit/Government: $150.00 up to 4 recruiters maximum

All packages include:

  • One 6-foot covered table and chairs
  • Luncheon for registered representatives
  • Parking for up to two vehicles
  • Campus publicity
Information for Registered Organizations:
  • If you have a company/university issued nametag, please bring it with you. We will have blank nametags available if you do not bring your own.
  • Your organization's Official Receipt or Invoice was emailed to the contact person listed on the registration. Please refer to it for information specific to your registration and payment.
  • We request that organizations honor the commitment to remain at the Fair until 3:00pm, as many students must attend late in the day due to class schedules.
  • This event is open to current students and alumni of the College of Charleston ONLY. This event is NOT open to the public.
Shipping Instructions (Before & After the Fair):  
  • Packages or materials should be sent to the Career Center, College of Charleston, Suite 216 (second floor), 160 Calhoun Street, Charleston, SC  29424. ALL PACKAGES MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED "FOR COLLEGE OF CHARLESTON CAREER FAIR." Items should be sent to arrive between the hours of 9 am - 4 pm before March 2 to ensure receipt.
  • Organizations must make prior arrangements for return shipments to be picked up by 4:30 pm on March 7 from the TD Arena 301 Meeting Street, Charleston, SC 29401 (Athletics Administration Office). Please bring your own shipping forms! The TD Arena or the Career Center is not equipped to handle your return shipping arrangements.
Reminders about your Display:
  • Your display should fit behind or on top of an 6' x 2.5’ table.  All items for your display must be able to fit onto your table.  This will ensure that all organizations attending have adequate space and that students can navigate the fair in an efficient manner.
  • The College of Charleston is not responsible for employer displays; the College of Charleston will not be responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected mailings of displays.
Information for the Day of the Fair:
  • Recruiters may begin set up of booths and equipment in the TD Arena after 10:30am. Please check in at our table in the lobby of the TD Arena on the 1st floor upon arrival.
  • A light buffet luncheon with beverages will be served.
  • Each organization may send up to 4 representatives MAXIMUM.  Please do not ask for exceptions – space is extremely limited for this event!
  • Doors will open to students at 12:00pm and close at 3:00pm.
  • Your registration fee covers parking for 2 vehicles only.  Please do not ask for exceptions – parking spaces are extremely limited on our campus.

  • You will be issued a parking pass in your Recruiter Packet when you check in at the Spring 2018 Career & Internship Fair.Retrieve the parking ticket from the automated machine when you enter the garage and hold onto it. You will give the parking attendant your ticket and your parking pass when you exit the garage.
  • Your registration fee covers parking for two vehicles only.
  • Unloading/loading assistance will be available on the Burns Lane side of the TD Area(35 on the Campus Map).  Please enter Burns Lane from Meeting Street do not stop and or park on Meeting Street!

    • GG:  George Street Garage, located on St. Philip St. between George and Liberty Streets (34 St. Philip St)
    • Francis Marion Parking Garage: Next to # 5 on the map: adjacent to the Francis Marion Hotel on King Street
    • PG:  St. Philip Street Garage, located on St. Philip St. between Vanderhorst St. and Calhoun St. (89 St. Philip Street)
    • WG:  Wentworth Street Garage, located at the corner of Wentworth and St. Philip Streets (81 Wentworth Street)
    • Please note – we are not allotted reserved parking for this event, so we cannot guarantee a spot will be available in the garages closest to the Stern Student Center

**REMINDER: if you plan to drop off your materials, please turn down Burns Lane (next to the TD Arena # 35 on the Campus Map) and then proceed to one of the parking garages. Please enter from Meeting Street do not stop or park on Meeting Street!
